About EASIT Request

EAS IT Office provides several services that support faculty, staff and students' instruction and research need. EAS IT staffs are striving to improve efficiency to solving problems and users' experience by automating request processes.


Who can initiate a request from EAS IT?

All users associated with College of Engineering &s; Applied Science can send us requests. Just click on one of the request forms to initiate your request. Some request may be faculty/staff only. Please read the description before requesting. If you have an IT related issue and it does not fit into any of the request form, please create a ticket at our Ticketing System.

What happens after I have submitted my request?

EAS IT staffs will be notified once you have created your request. Staffs will go over your request and decide whether to approve your request. Once the request is approved, a ticket will automatically created under your UCCS account, and an email notification will be sent to your inbox.
